Command: crossfade

crossfadeframes ]

The crossfade command fades the current display image over a specified number of subsequent frames, default 30. Each pixel is simply interpolated linearly, with the fractional contribution from the initial image decreasing as the contribution from the other frame increases. Motions are not interpolated; gradually changing the orientation or position of some object instead requires using frame arguments in the commands performing those changes (move, turn, view, etc.).
