The Chimera User's Guide contains three main sections:

• The Tutorials demonstrate basic usage of Chimera and some of the associated tools.
• The Basic Functions section describes the most frequently used capabilities of Chimera.
• The Tools section describes Chimera-associated tools and extensions.

The User's Guide is bundled with each release and can be opened from the Chimera Help menu. The bundled User's Guide corresponds to the version of Chimera it is downloaded with, and should be referred to during Chimera use. There is also a User's Guide available from the Chimera home page, which corresponds to the version of Chimera under development at the UCSF Computer Graphics Laboratory.
